Club Member FAQs
Where is my vehicle serviced?
Right where you parked it. We come to your vehicle in the club lot. It does not leave the property.
How long does the service take?
Most services finish in well under an hour. The Turn is about 20 minutes, The Front Nine about 30, and The Back Nine about 45.
Do I need to leave my keys?
Yes. Hand them to our team at bag drop when you arrive. We return them with your receipt before you leave the club.
Is the service available during my entire round?
Yes. We time the work to your tee time so it is complete before you finish — typically well before the 18th green.
What happens if it rains?
We monitor the forecast and will reschedule or adjust the service if weather would compromise the finish. You'll hear from us in advance.
What types of vehicles do you service?
Daily drivers through luxury and performance cars. We use paint-safe methods suited to premium finishes.
Do you service EVs?
Yes. Electric vehicles are welcome. We follow manufacturer-safe practices and do not interfere with charging hardware.
Can I book recurring appointments?
Yes. Gold and Platinum memberships are built for that. Platinum members receive a weekly standing slot — we text you, no booking needed.
Are your products environmentally responsible?
Yes. We use low-water, biodegradable products and contained methods that protect both your paint and the course grounds.
What happens if I have a problem with my vehicle?
Contact us right away. We document every service and will work with you promptly to make it right.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fairway Car Club carries commercial insurance covering our work on club property and the vehicles in our care.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Please let us know as soon as you can. We will help you rebook. Repeated no-shows may forfeit that visit on a membership plan.
Can the service be purchased as a gift?
Yes. Single packages and memberships can be arranged as gifts. Note it on your form or tell us when we call, and we will set it up.
